Private Company Administration
Many entrepreneurs have the makings of a good business plan but lack the required resources and experience to set up internal systems to establish and administer their company’s growth and operations. Some start-ups are not prepared for the administrative duties involved with running a business. The knowledge and capabilities of some founders are sometimes limited to occupational expertise, not legal or administrative expertise.

Private Placement Processing
GES's principals have extensive experience with the administration and software development related to the efficient processing of private placement subscriptions.
With the GES Quantum System, a subscriber receives, by email, a cover letter including the private placement documents and login details for access to a GES web-form. The investor types in all required information and clicks the submit button. Their ongoing choices determine exact questions served up later in the form.
Once submitted and reviewed, the subscriber’s information populates all the required internal documents and creates final agreements for the investor’s digital e-signature. Physical paperwork, ink signatures, mailing, faxing and couriering is eliminated.
Private Equity Share Transfers
Many early stage equity investments into private companies are by way of a private share or unit placement. Subsequent private sales and share transfers are routinely required by investors for several reasons including liquidity. Private equity trading systems are a new liquidity solution.
In the past, sometimes months were spent finding a buyer or seller, arranging notarized documents, verifying payment and completing a costly share transfer.

This platform will work in conjunction with our clients legal and accounting providers to keep all required records current and readily accessible. The system automates the storage and retrieval of executed corporate documentation related to the board of directors, management, legal, accounting, agreements and share management.
